Cancellation Policy:

I acknowledge that life sometimes throws us curve balls and treatments need to be cancelled or rearranged. For this reason there is no fee for changing or cancelling your appointment if giving more that 24 hours notice.

Rearranging  or canceling  an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be chargeable at 50% of the treatment price. Short notice cancellations are very difficult to fill so I hope you understand the need for the fee.  

 

*Failure to pay the 50% cancellation fee will then require clients to pay a £15 deposit for any future booking.*
